Due to the Chinese New Year holiday, there will be temporary adjustments to our shipping and customer service from Feb 11th to Feb 23rd.
Shipment Schedule
While our warehouse remains active, shipping will be briefly paused on these dates: Feb 16, Feb 18, and Feb 23
Special Note for Specific Countries: While most regions follow the schedule above, shipping for the following countries will be suspended during these periods due to local carrier schedules:
Vietnam: Shipping paused from Feb 6th to Feb 23rd.
Australia: Shipping paused from Feb 10th to Feb 23rd.
Other Regions: Delivery times may be slightly affected by international carriers during this festive season.
